KPOP: T-ARA's DAY BY DAY MV

YES. THEY ARE FINALLY BACK! OMG. T_T

I think anyone who has read my blog would have taken notice of my ultra mega big love for these girls. :) They are finally back and the music video was phenomenal. Seriously, it blew my mind.

Since I had already introduced the girls in my previous post about their impending comeback, I shall just start spazzing about the music video right away! ^_^ Do bear with me though since the mv is about 10 mins so this review would be slightly longer than my previous reviews! :)

The music video begins with an intriguing introduction, written in Korean which meaning are written below ;)

Mankind wanted to wear God's clothes
They wanted to speak like God and rule like God
However, God didn't tolerate the thoughts of those humans
In the destroyed world, humans became more like animals than animals
They took swords and tried to rule over one another and thus began to slaughter among themselves
Then, one day,
Rumors started going around that there was one girl with special powers among them...

And who is that one girl you ask? Why, its Dani of course! :D

Oh look, Suzy is even in the mv! ^_^ nah, I kid, I kid. Dani does look a lot like Suzy though.

It is then implied that Dani was blind (this was clearly obvious when Dani couldn't see the rabbit that was hopping nearby) and that Hyomin is her sister. The two seems to be the very few survivors in the destroyed world and the music video shows the two together, very much happy and jolly.

Dani is so pretty here I can't even fathom how much I like her now. *_*

Then the most hottest villain appeared. Who else? T-ara's original maknae, Jiyeon. :) She looks so BA here with her gang of men. She is seen looking for Dani as she held a picture of her in her hand, going around asking if they had seen her. The poor man died after he denied seeing her.

Then the music video shows Hyomin holding the crossbow, trying to shoot a pigeon but however, she failed cutely. It's okay Hyomin. There's always Eunjung to hunt for you.

Then we are brought back to a scene where a man was runnning for his life before getting surrounded by Queen Jiyeon and her huntsman.

Look at that smirk. LOL. wouldn't you surrender to Jiyeon as well? :) She then asked the man about Dani once more and when he didn't answer, Queen Jiyeon just left and let her huntsman do the killing. Like a boss, ya know?

Then, of course, it reverted back to the sisters where Hyomin brings the really cute rabbit for Dani to touch and feel since she couldn't see the rabbit.

I don't know who is cuter. Dani looking so adorably lost or the really cute rabbit.

Then the two take off to some place where they got ambushed by who else? Yes, Queen Jiyeon and her huntsman. Bingo.

Since Dani is blind, Hyomin had to defend the two of them among well 15329 men. Nah, I'm just exaggerating. They were clearly outnumbered and the chances of survival was very faint. In fact, I thought Hyomin would die here and she really did. Well, almost.

And as Hyomin bravely defended the two of them, Queen Jiyeon is seen relaxing in her car, looking all pretty and classy.

After much fighting, the huntsman stabbed Hyomin twice and took Dani away. Queen Jiyeon is very much pleased.

A mysterious man then approached Hyomin and took the sword out and carried her away. I was hoping it would be Eunjung coming to Hyomin's rescue but oh wells, this would do anyways.

Queen Jiyeon had poor Dani locked up in a cell and here, we see Dani's powers unleashed as a fragment of the glass broke when her eyes turned blue. This was supposedly triggered when Queen Jiyeon tried to entice her to think that she was Hyomin instead by calling her name sweetly a number of times.

While this was happening, Hyomin was being treated at a safehouse by that unknown man and had a vision of Dani being taken away in a fantasy like visual.

Then we are led to a scene where Dani was tied up to a big machine, following behind Queen Jiyeon and her huntsman as they went on a killing spree.

Soon after, we are brought back to Hyomin in the safehouse and the startling words of Day by Day by T-ara , TO BE CONTINUED.

There was a preview of the next part which basically shows Hyomin being alive once more and getting better at sword fighting and Eunjung finally making an appearance! :D The last few 5 minutes were behind the scenes footage which I enjoyed watching very much.

It shows the girls practicing diligently and their word of thanks were shown on the screen from the three aces of T-ara, Jiyeon, Eunjung and Hyomin. ;)

All in all, I ENJOYED THE MUSIC VIDEO very much! Seriously. This is by far the most amazing and well told music video I have ever seen. There wasn't too much gore nor was there too much emotional storyline going on. The plot is simple.

Dani is special and Queen Jiyeon wants her so everyone has to die, including Hyomin as well because Queen Jiyeon is BA like that. Yeah, I just summarized the whole 10 min music video into one sentence. But honestly speaking, I wasn't keen on seeing Dani in the music video at first. She is only 14 after all. I think almost everyone, including me, had a change of heart after watching her act in the music video.

She truly befits the character and played it well. Too well that she seems very mature for her age. The weirdest thing is, Dani isn't going to be promoting with them for this comeback so it's a shame that I have wait so long to see her on stage with the rest of the girls.

In conclusion, I really really loved this music video so much that I am having it on replay non stop! :) The rest of the songs on the album are also very much commendable. One of my favourite tracks is Don't Leave besides the very epic Day by Day of course. It is a heart wrenching ballad which was also played during the music video. Soyeon's voice is amazingly wonderful in this song by the way. Flawless.

Lastly, I would like to end this review on a happy note by sharing Dani's gorgeous smile with all of you beautiful people. Tadah! :)

KPOP: T-ARA's COMEBACK TEASER PICTURES!

I have been a very dedicated to T-ara for quite some time now. How long? Well, honestly, I didn't fancy them when they debuted, but I very much loved their Absolute First Album. I have all of their Korean albums and I think I might just get the upcoming one as well.

Before I spazz about the teaser photos, do let me share with you their current hair colours for their impending comeback! ^_^ I would give more emphasis on the notable ones as these are member who had very obvious transformations. :)

Qri's hair is so wow and she rocks it so much, I can't even put into words what I feel right now. Hyomin's red hair is really refreshing and Jiyeon's blonde hair is just beyond words. Their transformation truly befits their title of being chameleon queens! :)

Moving on, we shall now put the spotlight on the teaser photos for their Day by Day comeback! In my personal opinion, the teaser photos were...phenomenal. My favourite one is the EunMin one. Which one you ask? Do see below for reference.

Of course its depicts charismatic EJ hugging her beloved Hyomin with a solemn expression. Oh my gosh. The person who directed this is amazingly brilliant! Kudos to you, whoever you are, for pairing this two up. Seriously, thank you so much.

Are you kidding me? Blonde Jiyeon+katana+sexy outfit is like rainbows+marshmallows. Look at that expression of hers. Seriously, why can't the music video just be released like right now? I can't wait any longer!

This picture is so spazz worthy! I like the idea of having T-ara's popular trio to be the main focus of their music video. I think its about time, don't you think? On the other hand, I'm hoping that the teaser photos aren't trolling me because if these three pictures turned out to be screencaps from a 20 second scene, I am going to be so disappointed. Really, no kidding.

The bikes are such eye candies too. Plus, Hyomin looks fabulous here. Her outfit is befitting and the whole theme is truly splendid. Need I say more? :)

That's T-ara's newest member on the left and her name's Dani. She's really young by the way and whenever I see her pictures, she reminds me a lot of f(x)'s Krystal.

I like the location of the music video set in this picture as well as it seems rather compatible with their concept this time.

In conclusion, I'm all in for futuristic T-ara! :D Are you? :)

KPOP: T-ARA's Impending comeback!

If you don't know already, I'm a huge fan of T-ara. Yes, I love these girls like a lot. I have all of their albums and they are my favourite girl group right next to Girls' Generation. With their impending comeback and an addition of two new members, I decided to put the spotlight on the gorgeous T-ara ladies.

Now, as a long time fan, I have watched T-ara switched members, leaders and concepts and it's safe to say that its one interesting experience if you happen to be a Queen's. That's the official fanclub name by the way ;) You would also notice that among the 7 of them, these three members were heavily promoted and that is none other than Eunjung, Hyomin and Jiyeon.

Eunjung is currently on We Got Married with her fellow onscreen husband, Lee Jang Woo and has starred in many music videos in the past. She also acted in Dream High with other famous idol actors. She is a child actor and has a very distinctive voice so its hard to not recognize her voice when she sings or rap in T-ara's songs. :) She also happens to be my favourite T-ara member ;)

Eunjung's onscreen husband, Lee Jang Woo who also happens to be the current mc for Music Bank alongside Afterschool's Uee.

Hyomin has very distinctive features and sings and raps as well for T-ara. She was also an ulzzang before due to her extremely good looks. ;)

If you don't know who is Jiyeon, then I suggest watching Dream High 2 immediately. Jiyeon is the face of T-ara and is known to have a low husky voice. Due to her striking resemblance to actress, Kim Tae Hee, she gained much interest when T-ara first debuted. She has also been on the show Heroes alongside with solo singer, IU.

Here's a lil fast recap of T-ara's debut up till today. If you're a new fan, this would be interesting for you to read. If you aren't, oh well, no harm checking them out once more no? X)

When T-ara started, there were 5 of them. In fact, their somewhat debut song was solely focusing on their vocals and I was honestly surprised by each member's talented voice. Each member could sing very well and they complimented one another beautifully.

This song was for a drama soundtrack and as I was anxiously awaiting for their debut single, news got out that Ji Ae and Jiwon had left T-ara and that three new members were going to be added. This got me amused. They had already switched members even before debuting! I was then very curious to see who were the new additions. Then the new members were introduced.

First, its was cute and tiny Boram,

If you find it hard to distinguish Boram among the T-ara members, just look out for the smallest member. :) Boram is the eldest but physical wise, she is the youngest hands down.

Qri has big round eyes and a mole on her nose. It might be hard to distinguish her but Qri always had the longest hair at most times.

Soyeon is the main vocalist of the group and she basically sings most of the choruses in T-ara's songs. Soyeon has big eyes as well but as of now, she normally sport a short hair look and she sings the most, so yes, it's hard not to see her ;)

Then, they released their debut single, simply titled "Lies". When I first watched the music video, I couldn't figure out who was who and the only one I could remember was Hyomin.

The music video features actor Yoo Seung Ho who has a striking resemblance to actor So Ji Sub. And it is definitely even more confusing that most of the girls had long hair. It was so hard to tell who was who at first.

If the girl on the far most right looks unfamiliar, oh well, it is Eunjung with long hair. Yes, she has short hair now but I do miss seeing her long hair at times. :)

Then, TTL was released and oh my gosh, was it amazing. It was a collaboration between T-ara and Supernova, their labelmate and four members of T-ara was featured. This was when Eunjung cut her long luscious hair for a more strong and mature look.

The collaboration was a huge success and it gave T-ara the exposure they needed. Do check it out if you haven't. It is a fantastic collaboration track!

Then, T-ara most popular track was released. What, you ask? Bo Peep Bo Peep of course. :D That song wasn't that much appealing to me at first but after a few plays, man was it stuck in my head. Bo Peep Bo Peep was also the song that earned T-ara their first win on music programs. ;)

They also have another title track titled "Like The First Time" which is sexy and classy and really showcases T-ara's ability to transform into cute little kittens and then into seductive mature ladies. This song, in my personal opinion was very much underrated and didn't obtain the proper recognition it deserved.

Then, my favourite T-ara song was released, I Go Crazy Because Of You. It was a very sexy and appealing dance song and you could really noticed the transformation from their previous album.

This is the very sexy music video. Caution! It might be too hot! :P

The second title track, I'm Really Hurt showcases T-ara as boyish girls dressed in tuxedos and fedoras. Now, not only fan boys are happy, even fan girls are. :)

Moving on, their next two title tracks was "Why Are You Being Like This?" and "Yayaya". You'll notice how T-ara has a pattern of promoting two title tracks at once. This time, a new member was added. She reportedly has a twin sister and her sister debuted in 5dolls, a group derived from Coed School, T-ara's juniors. Hwayoung has big eyes and she mainly raps in T-ara. I've been using the big eyes line thrice now. *chuckles*

Then, the very popular song, Roly-Poly was released. This was followed by Cry Cry, Lovey-Dovey and their current impending comeback song, Day by Day.

If you haven't heard Roly-Poly yet, then I have no idea how you don't. It is so popular and catchy that everyone decided to learn the dance moves. T-ara went literally retro with this song and caught everyone's attention with their fancy moves! :)

Cry Cry had a completely different feel from Roly-Poly and the music video featured actor Cha Seung Won who is so smexy by the way! :P

Next up, Lovey-Dovey had the shuffle dance moves instead and got everyone busy on their feet! :)

And of course, here we are now, awaiting for their impending comeback track! Two new members are going to be added and from what I read online, the title track "Day by Day" is going to be absolutely fantastic. It was reportedly leaked by an unknown source and the video was up on various sites before it was taken down.

T-ara would be making a comeback in July so yes, I am very much anticipating their comeback! :) Are you?
